The Conference fee includes:

participation in the Symposium,

a copy of peer-reviewed the Proceedings (before the Symposium),

a CD with paper texts,

lunches and coffee breaks during 3 symposium days,

welcome party on 12 April,

drink reception on 14 April

Note that payment for the Business Visa Invitation formalities via the Administration of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation, is not included in the Symposium fee.

The Symposium fee can be paid:

It should be mentioned in the request if the participant is a student or a postgraduate student since they are offered 50% discount of the Symposium fee (only if corresponding student ID or valid document confirming this status is attached to the invoice request).

We draw your attention to the fact that all the services are provided at extra charge, their cost is not included in the registration fee.

ONLINE registration of geodesy and gravimetry specialists who wish to take part in the 4th IAG Symposium on Terrestrial Gravimetry: Static and Mobile Measurements (TG-SMM2016) with their paper presentations or as attendees is open on the Symposium web site.
The necessary information for potential participants of the symposium including participation conditions, Instruction for ONLINE registration for participation can be found on the Symposium website
The Symposium will be held on 12 - 15 April 2016 at State Research Center of the Russian Federation Concern CSRI Elektropribor, JSC, St. Petersburg, Russia.

24.11.2015:
The information for paper Registrators (!) including guidelines for preparation of plenary and poster papers included in the Symposium program and Instruction on paper file submission for publication in the peer reviewed Symposium Proceedings is available on the 4th IAG Symposium on Terrestrial Gravimetry: Static and Mobile Measurements (TG-SMM2016) website
The deadline for submission of the paper files for publication in the peer reviewed Symposium Proceedings is 25 December 2015.

19.11.2015:
Dear Authors and Registrators of the papers submitted to the 4th International Symposium on Terrestrial Gravimetry: Static and Mobile Measurements (TG-SMM2016),
Decision of the International Scientific Committee regarding types of the papers (plenary, poster, reject) is available on the Symposium web site.
The Program will be available on TG-SMM2016 web site after 1 December 2015.

11.09.2015:
ATTENTION!
In view of the requests concerning the extension of the deadline of abstract submission for the 4th IAG Symposium on Terrestrial Gravimetry: Static and Mobile Measurements, sent to the Local Organizing Committee by potential participants who plan to make a paper presentation at the Symposium, please be informed that the decision is taken to extend the deadline of abstract submission till September 30, 2015.
Note that the deadlines for the other steps of the symposium organizing and holding are very strict and cannot be postponed. So if you plan to take part in the symposium with the paper presentation, please submit your abstract not later than the date indicated.
We remind you that the 4th IAG Symposium on Terrestrial Gravimetry: Static and Mobile Measurements will be held on 12 - 15 April 2016 at the State Research Center of the Russian Federation – Concern CSRI Elektropribor, JSC, Saint Petersburg, Russia.
