INFORMATION ON THE JOURNAL GYROSCOPY AND NAVIGATION

Since 2010 the scientific and technical journal in English Gyroscopy and Navigation has been published by the Concern CSRI Elektropribor, JSC in cooperation with PLEIADES PUBLISHING LTD, USA (ISSN: 2075-1087 (print version), ISSN: 2075-1109 (Online version)).

Guidelines for article preparation

  • For publication in Gyroscopy and Navigation journal are accepted:
    • original articles of up to 12-15 pages, 
    • review and analysis articles of up to 20-25 pages,  
    • short communications of up to 5-7 pages. 

  • Only International System of Units (SI) should be used in the paper text.

  • A paper should have a summary of up to 200 words and key words.

  • The list of references should be formed in order the references are used in the text. It is necessary to present the full list related to the subject under consideration and exclude self-quoting (if possible).

  • The materials should be prepared on a computer in MS Word: 11 point Times New Roman font, single spaced. 

  • Page parameters
    • margins: top - 2.1 cm, bottom - 5.2 cm, left & right - 3.8 cm; 
    • page format: A4 (210 х 297 mm).

  • Formulas should be typesetted using formula editor: 
    • 11 point Times New Roman and Symbol, 
    • 9 points for subscripts and superscripts, 
    • Roman type for Greek letters, 
    • italics for Latin letters, except for trigonometric and hyperbolic functions (sin, log, etc.) and such terms as min, max, opt.

  • Illustrative material should be given in formats *.jpg or *.tif. All the components in the illustrations should be clear, inscriptions should be easily readable.

  • The material should be accompanied by the following information for each author: full name, degree, position, company, honorary title, phone number, e-mail address. For Russian authors only: passport data, pension insurance certificate number.
