G.V. Antsev et al. Detection of a Dipole Signal against the Background of Noise under Arbitrary Motion of the Magnetometer Carrier
The article describes an algorithm for detecting a dipole signal against the background of noise under arbitrary motion of the magnetometer carrier. The constructed dipole mathematical model in the form of expansion in a series of six basis functions provides source recognition and estimation of the source position from the single detection. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation results are presented.
Keywords: dipole source, expansion into a series of basis functions, arbitrary motion of the magnetometer carrier, estimation of source coordinates.
